Directions / Parking

As our guest, you benefit from a free parking space in the Milegga Grächen multi-storey car park (24h). This is located at the entrance to the village (at the Coop).
When you enter the car park, you can obtain an entry ticket as usual. It is best to leave your ski equipment in the car park. You will then check in at the Piazza restaurant. You can then use your room card to access the ski room in the Millegga car park. Alternatively, you can first check in at the Piazza restaurant (park in front of the restaurant) and then park your car in the multi-storey car park. You can then use your room card to access the ski room.
Your car park ticket will be validated free of charge when you check out at the Piazza restaurant.

Dinner

Our Restaurant Piazza offers evening service daily from 18.00 - 22.00 (winter season from 17.00). Please take a look at the menu, which is available in your room. Further restaurant recommendations can be found on the website of the Grächen tourist office.

Baby cots and extra beds

are not available.

Banks

The Raiffeisenbank Matterhorn-Mischabel is located on the village square. Here you can withdraw cash in
CHF and EUR. There are no other banks in Grächen.

Check-in (arrival)

Arrival is possible from 14.00 to 23.00. Please report to the Piazza restaurant, which is located next to the Mountain Lodge.

Check-out (departure)

We ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 a.m. at the latest so that we can offer the next guests a pleasant check-in. We kindly ask you to return the room keys to the Restaurant Piazza on your departure. The costs for the minibar, visitor's tax and any other services must also be paid before departure.

Breakfast

The delicious breakfast is included in your room rate. We serve breakfast in the Restaurant Piazza from 08.00 - 10.00 am.

Towels (change)

If you wish to change the towels, please place them on the floor. Towels on the holder will not be replaced.

Pets

are not permitted.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome.

Minibar

Consumption from the minibar is subject to a charge. We kindly ask you to pay this on departure or at check-out.

Lunch

The lunch service in the Piazza restaurant is available for you daily from 11.00 - 14.00 & we look forward to spoiling you with our delicious dishes. The menu is available in your room, please take a look at it. Consumption is subject to a charge.

Night rest

Please note the general night's rest from 10.00 pm.

Post office

The post office is run and managed opposite the Volg supermarket in Grächen. The opening hours can be found on the official website www.volg.ch.

Reception

Reception is located in the Piazza restaurant, which is next door to the Mountain Lodge. The restaurant is open daily from 08.00 to 23.00.

Smoking ban

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building (incl. vapes / e-cigarettes). Open fires and candles are also strictly prohibited due to safety regulations.

Ski room / ski depot / bike room

Our guests benefit from a free ski locker and bike room during their stay. This is located on the ground floor of the Millegga Park area.
Open 24 hours a day. Heated ski room. Instructions for use can be found at the ski room entrance door.

Ski pass

Ski passes can be purchased from the Grächen Tourist Office or at the Hannigalp cable car valley station. It is also possible to purchase ski passes on the official website of the Grächen Tourist Office at www.graechen.ch.

WLAN

is available free of charge throughout the Mountain Lodge.

Great location right in the center of the village, modern furnishings/furniture, great ambience, minibar, large balcony, parking space in the parking lot.

Beautiful furnishings. Brand new. Cleanliness is very important to me, it was great! Friendly staff.

Very nice room with high quality materials, very clean. Parking and ski depot in the Coop parking garage included.
